About.

the short version

I'm Commercial & Legal Director at VIDA Roads, with a background spanning private practice, the University of Melbourne, and major-project delivery.

The thread running through what I write here is knowledge work in commercial and legal practice, and what the AI tooling cycle has to do with it. Risk, claims and disputes; the documents and reference layers that hold a project together; and why portable, plain-text artefacts tend to age better than vendor workflows.
